Frequently asked questions
No. Merging runs entirely inside your browser. Your documents never touch our servers, which also means the tool keeps working if you go offline.
There is no fixed limit. Each file can be up to 100 MB; very large documents are limited only by your device's available memory.
Interactive form fields are not carried across when documents are combined. If your PDFs contain forms you need to keep, flatten them first.
Not in one step. Turn the images into PDFs first with JPG to PDF or PNG to PDF, then merge those files with your document.
Each page is copied across with the resources it needs — fonts, images, colour profiles. Where two documents embedded the same font, the result keeps both copies rather than sharing one, so the total can come out slightly larger.
Not directly. Remove the password with the Unlock PDF tool first, then merge the unprotected file.
