Duplicate pages in a PDF

What this is for

• Printing several copies of one form from a document — a permission slip, a raffle ticket, a sign-in sheet — without running the print dialogue repeatedly.
• Repeating a label or a certificate template so a whole sheet comes out of one file.
• Padding a booklet to a multiple of four pages so it imposes correctly for saddle stitching.
• Keeping a blank separator page between sections after a merge, without editing the source documents.

Copies are adjacent, not appended

Setting page 3 to appear three times gives you pages 3, 3, 3 in sequence — not three copies bolted onto the end. This is what you want for print runs and booklet padding, and it is worth knowing before you set a count of twenty.

If you need a different arrangement — the whole document twice over, say — duplicate nothing here and use Merge PDF with the same file added twice instead.
